The Prince Rupert branch of the SPCA is taking care of a six month old cat that was taken to them for attention and required surgery at the local veterinary hospital, once Panda the cat is in good health again it will be up for adoption.

The SPCA is also accepting donations towards the 1500 dollar cost for the required surgery and care.
