August 26 -- Smithers' Airport Denied Grants
One of the grants that the Smithers airport applied for related to proposed airport expansion has been denied, with the Build Canada Grant denied at this time.
Smithers now turns its attention to a second grant application which could help deliver the funding for the expansion plans.
