A petition movement is underway in the Northwest to have the BC Attorney General David Eby increase the recent sentence for Luke Strimbold. The former Mayor of Burns Lake had been sentenced to two years less a day in jail, following his conviction on charges related to sexual offences against children in the Burns Lake area.
